REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Veronica’s Jewelry! 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the item:

• Has not been worn, damaged, altered, or resized
• Is in its original condition
• Is returned with acceptable proof of purchase

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request an eligible return or exchange, please bring the item to Veronica’s Jewelry within 7 days of purchase. The item must be inspected by a team member before the return or exchange is approved.

Customers must present the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. If the original receipt is unavailable, we may accept other verifiable proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, transaction record, or other documentation approved by Veronica’s Jewelry. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without proof of purchase.

STORE CREDIT

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be provided after the item passes inspection and the return is approved.

Store credit may be issued as a store credit certificate, account credit, or another form selected by Veronica’s Jewelry. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred unless approved by Veronica’s Jewelry. The amount of store credit will not exceed the original purchase price of the approved item, excluding any nonrefundable deposits, fees, or other charges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Name plates, name rings, and custom pendants
• Engraved or laser-cut items
• Grillz
• Special orders
• Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired at the customer’s request
• Layaway deposits and payments
• Worn or damaged merchandise

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please bring it to us for inspection as soon as possible. Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or other resolution at our discretion.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, broken chains caused by pulling or impact, lost stones, and damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
